Rising Against Hunger

What a joy to participate in Rise Against Hunger with Island Christian Church. Rise Against Hunger is growing a global movement to end hunger by empowering communities, nourishing lives, and responding to emergencies.

Our members were part of an army of volunteers who packed 25,000 meals. Each meal will be sent to areas around the world where children are facing food insecurity. 25,000 meals will feed 116 children for an entire year!
