WOMEN FOR WOMEN

A Bit of Background

Women for Women is a budding non-profit organization that seeks to gather compassionate women with the mission to support reputable charities that benefit women. 
The needs around us can seem overwhelming at times, and it’s hard to know how best to give and help. Women for Women was born from the desire to raise awareness about the needs of women locally and around the world and to impact change through generous giving. 
For each quarterly meeting, our Youth Board picks two organizations that meet the physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual needs of women. Both charities are researched and then presented by the Youth Board to the membership. After the presentations are complete, all members are invited to vote for the charity to which they feel we should collectively contribute. 
Our engaging meeting format is a way for each member to participate in the process as well as learn more about the circumstances affecting our sisters around the globe.
